Hundreds of teens will be able to dress for there prom in style, thanks to the generosity of Chicago area residents.
The Glass Slipper Project has received 3,000 dresses and more than 150 pairs of shoes from Zengeler cleaners. It’s the seventh year that the north suburban company has collected prom wear from its customers.
The Glass Slipper Project provides almost-new gowns, shoes, purses and accessories to high-school students in need. This year, girls will be able to shop at the Vernon Johns Middle School in Chicago.
