To that end, Some bright young Chap has created a highly entertaining website that invites people to create their own, more appropriate slogans for the poster – so on the grounds that, as the site’s creator puts it, it’s ‘encouraging me to rat on my neighbours because I don’t understand what they throw away.’
Here is my own take.
